By using HerbMate you agree to these terms. HerbMate is an educational herbal reference. It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please read our full medical disclaimer - it is part of these terms.

No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerbMate and its authors are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information on this site. You use it at your own risk.

Content. The herbal data is curated from published references for general education. We make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or accurate for your situation. Herb names, uses, and safety information vary across traditions and sources.

Premium. HerbMate Premium unlocks the full remedy list for every condition and the compare tool. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email. Access is tied to your browser and can be moved with your access code on the Restore page. See our privacy policy for how payments and data are handled.

Refunds. Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:

• the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
• your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are signed in on the browser you purchased from
• roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
• the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy

That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
